After introducing the Mastretta MXT to the Mexican and European markets, Mastretta Cars will proudly present the car to US consumers at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
Built by Tecnoidea SAPI de CV, the Mastretta MXT is the first ever Mexican designed and manufactured sportscar. The Mastretta MXT was first introduced in Mexico in early 2011 and we are proud now to participate in the LA Auto Show and to present the car to the American consumers.
The MXT has the true sports character, its mid engine layout providing the best weight distribution and low center of gravity for great acceleration, handling and braking.
The vehicle has a purposeful and honest exterior design, based on proportions, order, and functional elements. The interior is made with high-end materials, is fully equipped, and is surprinsingly roomy for a car of this type and size.
The chassis, body, interior elements and suspension are built in house. Componets such as engine, transmission, electronics, cooling system, A/C and others are US made, making the Mastretta MXT a truly North American project.
On the 16th and 17th the show will open to the automotive press before opening its doors to the public from the 18th until the 28th. We very much look forward to unveil the MXT to the biggest sportscar market in the world.
